“New Beginnings are easy and fun” -no one ever.  

 

Starting something new can be difficult and intimidating as well as take you out of your comfort zone. That can be exactly what you need to catapult you to accomplish things you have put away on the shelf for too long.  We put ourselves in uncomfortable positions quite often! Even recording this podcast creates a sense of vulnerability for us. This episode alone took multiple tries before being able to find the right chemistry (with the assistance of caffeine)

In episode 2 we discuss the topic of New Beginnings and the ‘New Year New Me’ movement.  This seemed fitting as we are nearing the second month of the New Year and check to see if our hosts are on track with their New Year Resolutions.
